It’s my utmost pleasure to have you on the mosaic
Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton

I open eyes and it feels an entirely different world from what it was yesterday. As if the dawn of sun and setting of moon, gave a new life to everything it touched. Many say life is a journey destination matters and the road is difficult. But everyday is a journey for us just how it is to the sky which transcends from brights and blues to darks and violets. Everyday is your journey to how much you lived for yourself and how much you loved yourself for every breathe you took and every sigh that gave you relief. I believe your day is nothing but your story of self love and nurture.
Trials and tribulations are part of our existence, even when it takes away parts of ourselves, who we are ; piece by piece through nightmares and by haunting us. It keeps on snatching from us all that we hold dear, until there’s nothing left. Until its unbearable to carry it in ourselves. How do I share? Whom do I tell this I can’t be haunted, forever. I need an escape. I need an escape. Are the words one says while hugging their knees close to themselves. It hurts to go through so much pain.
In times as such we need connection, an empathy. However, many people feel vulnerable to confessing what they’re feeling, while the others find it difficult to trust. We are so lost that we forget that talking is one type of way to empathising and lightening the burdens of our own feelings.
This blog is dedicated to your mental well being, empathising, your happiness and our literature
“Art destroys silence” – Dimitri Shostakavia
Various forms of art might act as a helping hand for you to rise from your nightmares. The following are some:
• Literature and quotes
As for me, my biggest therapy is to find excerpts of famous literary works and reading. I like to think of it as connecting with one who wrote it aeons ago and now is a part o f everything that exists. I find it quite strange how two people from different era, different lifetimes are connected with a fragile string of art.
• Nature heals you with its breeze itself
Drag yourself out for a walk, and stroll around in the lazy evening. If that’s not possible then you might as well want to sit by the window and watch the view on front of you. Watching clouds and anonymous lives go past your eyes, you’ll feel relaxed. Gaze at the sky, scrutinize the way it changes itself with subtlety from what it was and what it would be. While you look at it let your voice trail off chanting along with the wind that moves around ‘Take it in & let it go’ with long deep breaths. Think of the things that make you at peace. The Ocean, the mountains, the rain, everything.
• Melody and tunes
Our heart obeys music as if it was meant to dance. Listen to some music while enjoying your time off or when you’re down. Now there’s specific trick to heal yourself with music. Don’t listen to any one type genre or mood. Build a playlist in your own with a progression in their genre or mood, such that the 1st song is the saddest and the last one happiest. Listen to the playlist in the exact same order and then you’ll feel yourself being still to slowly enjoying the sound of it on your ears.
• Someone close
Get in touch with someone who’s close to you and talk casually with them. That someone should be the one who understands you and makes you feel like they’re just a part of you. There’s no better distraction than a simple conversation. Don’t draw yourself away from it. If that’s not possible then you could always write somewhere how much something is bothering you and bring out all of your emotions on single piece of paper. It won’t help much but you’ll feel a little light, a little a ease and possibly a little better.
I hope following these instructions help you or make you feel better. If it’s too much for you to do anything or let go the hurting, then let it consume you totally until that pain is tired of hurting you. Feel it all and let it consume you. And when it leaves you, you’ll be a human who experienced something who survived something that was excruciating and crushing. You’ll be proud of what you went through and how much you’ve grown out of that because it’s experience changed you for better. Stay safe, stay strong
